Ensure the items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging or a similar protective mailer.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
